The Canadian Labour Council (CLC) has officially thrown out the Canadian Union Of Public Employees’ (CUPE) complaint of raiding against the IAFF. 

“It is clear in reviewing the historic evolution of paramedicine that the established work has indeed changed and evolved over the years for all EMS situations for both fire fighters as well as paramedics, with the ultimate goal of improving EMS delivery and saving more lives.”
