Board member Derek Balcaen was recently invited to present medals to the winners at the Winnipeg All Seniors Care Living Centres Games.

The theme of this year’s games was “Local Heroes”, and brother Balcaen spoke of the positive impact his parents have had on his life.

Some of the events held during the week-long competition included bocce, billiards, WII golf, WII archery, shuffleboard and walking.
