If this report is accurate, we are encouraged to see an apparent reduction in the trend of rising opioid overdoses in Winnipeg.

We can only assume that our public education efforts on this issue has put a shining a light on these tragic overdoses and are now bearing fruit.

Our firefighter-paramedic crews continue to regularly respond to fentanyl and opioid overdoses in Winnipeg and
we owe our continued advocacy to the families who have lost loved ones.
