Winnipeg Firefighters Roman Naumiuk and Tim Ringland were recognized by members statement in the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba earlier this month for their efforts in organizing the Guns n Hoses Winnipeg charity hockey game.
The event was a massive success raising nearly $50,000.00 for Special Olympics Manitoba, Project 11, and the Never Alone Cancer Foundation, with the Winnipeg Smoke bringing home the cup!
We are looking forward to the rematch next year.
Congratulations Tim and Roman. Great work!
