Dennis began his career with the Winnipeg Fire Department on September 16, 1959, and went on to serve both the UFFW and the IAFF with distinction for decades.
Dennis served on the UFFW Executive Board as Vice President from 1972 to 1976, and then as President to 1994.
Through his leadership, integrity, and unwavering commitment to the labour movement, Dennis helped shape our association and set a standard of excellence that continues to guide us today.
The impact of his loss is being felt not only locally, but across North America.
