District Chief Noel Jasper #347
Noel passed away on April 20, 2024
He joined the department on July 16, 1956
He became Lieutenant on July 26, 1981 and
Captain on May 12, 1985
Noel was promoted to District Chief on May 5, 1991
He retired on March 8, 1992 after
35 years and 8 months service.
There will be a Celebration of Life on
Friday, April 26, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.
At the Calvary Temple, 440 Hargrave St.
The Honour Guard will be in attendance.
